- L2 support experience
- Hands-on exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Defender)
- Basic laptop troubleshooting and day-to-day IT operations support
- Not expected to be a specialist, but should be able to independently manage routine IT ops tasks
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
