  • App funnel optimization
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis; translate insights into testable hypotheses.
  • Design and run a structured experimentation program (A/B, multivariate where relevant)
  • Outbound channel optimization (Push notifications, SMS, email)
  • Improve targeting, timing, frequency, and personalization to drive retention and LTV
  • Build segment strategies + suppression/fatigue controls to protect user experience
  • Measurement & growth performance management
  • Own growth KPIs (e.g., MAU, retention, conversion, ARPU/LTV)
  • Maintain dashboards and run weekly/monthly performance reviews with clear actions
  • Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high-ROI levers for in-app engagement and monetization.
  • Analyze user behavior and cohorts to uncover friction points and improve lifetime value (LTV).
  • Establish reusable playbooks (experiment templates, segmentation standards, campaign QA checklist, post-test learnings repository).

Skills/Experience

  • 7–10 years experience in growth analytics, experimentation, lifecycle CRM, performance marketing analytics, or product analytics for a consumer app.
  • Proven record in driving MAU, retention, and conversion for consumer apps (telecom, fintech, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of mobile analytics (Braze, Google analytics etc)
